has enjoyed an impressive career working for some of the nation's
leading defense, mining, manufacturing, and food and beverage
corporations, working both in union and non-union environments. And
while he enjoyed leading teams and organizations, he began to work with corporate training programs and lecture series that did
little to develop effective leadership skills, analyzing the ways in which professionals learn and apply leadership skills,
and developed a transformational approach that is vastly different
from the transactional methods typically used.
Today, Nathan is sharing what he learned with global corporate leaders by working with their management teams in the field, where the real work happens, and not in a classroom. Rather than taking professionals away from their work, Nathan shows them how to apply his techniques within their work environment, as the work is happening.
